Privacy, cancellation and refund policy
Privacy - We respect your privacy.
Cancellations and refunds -
For workshops, cancellations require 10 working days' notice for
refund. Please email info@brizcomm.com.au
if you have arranged for someone to take your place
at a workshop.
Occasionally courses might be cancelled
or postponed at the last minute due to attendees dropping
out, illness, family emergency, natural disasters
or other unforseen circumstances. You will be notified
by email and/or phone as soon as possible.
In the case of cancellation or postponement, you will
be issued a full refund but brizcomm pty ltd will
not be liable for any resulting travel, accommodation,
lost time or other costs. Details for re-scheduled
workshops will be posted on www.brizcomm.com.au/workshops.
For e-booklets or other digital products, no refunds can be given - once you've downloaded it, it's been used.
Payment - Invoices must be paid within seven
working days of date of invoice unless by prior arrangement.
Cheques should be made payable to brizcomm Pty Ltd
and posted to 37 Hannan Crescent, Ainslie 2602. Direct debit
is preferred (bank deposit details are on the invoice).
